Ownership of the photograph always remains with the photographer

All photographs will be reviewed/screened during the initial uploading process using specialist AI software to maintain the integrity of the gallery. This might result is some showing as “pending” when waiting for our team of assessors to confirm the photograph

We will only accept JPG, TIFF and RAW files.

Max file size allowed is 10Mb. Aspect ratio should be 1.5:1, 4:3, 16:10

We will accept watermarked photographs, but with the levels of security on the site this should not be necessary

AI generated images will only allowed in “Photo Art” section & must be clearly stated as such in the “Notes” section

We do not accept artwork in the gallery unless it is photo art and added to the "Photo Art" section

Aircraft must be @ least 70% of the photograph space

No people (unless photograph is listed under an air show sub-category or in commercial interior sub-category),

No cars, no children and no pets in the photographs - repeatedly doing this will see your account suspended or termination without refund

We do not accept photographs of aircraft models or radio controlled aircraft will be allowed.

We retain full rights to remove or suspend photographs loaded onto the site without the need to provide reasons to the photographer

In the event of no membership payment being - your account will be suspended (no more photographs can be added). After 90 days the account will be closed and photographs removed.

Visitors can “Like” images but there is no “comments” section for visitors to give their feedback or comments. There's far too much negativity and online abuse for us to allow this. Our focus is to celebrate the photograph

All payments will be calculated based on British Pounds or US Dollar prices

Monthly payments must be set up via PayPal subscriptions

Annual payments will be processed via our PayPal account & payments can be made in every currency PayPal accepts

Annual payments in ZAR will be accepted via EFTPOS to Standard Bank

Annual payments can be made in the following crypto currency: BTC, ETH, DOGE, and USDT

No refunds wil be given if annual membership is cancelled during a year

The gallery will have permission to use photographs in its own social media posts to promote the gallery & will credit the relevant photographers.

Membership badges are issued @ the sole discretion of the gallery

Profile pages are not available on the Free membership level. They are included for every member who is part of a personal app irrespective of the number of photographs they add to the gallery.

All members agree that any and all disputes will be settled under United Kingdom law and not under the laws of their own country or any third party nation.
